We cannot run a swim
meet without volunteers, therefore parents are vital to their success. A meet requires approximately 30-35 volunteers in order to run. Most meets require at least one parent per family to volunteer. The CVI and the League meet will require ALL family members to volunteer. We will absolutely need all hands on deck.
Job assignments are listed below. Parents will have the opportunity to be “trained” on various jobs at the Red & Blue meet in June and throughout the season.
Volunteer Expectations
- Sign up to
volunteer for each meet on the Schedule page
- Check in at table when you arrive at the meet
- Arrive early - at
least 30 minutes before the meet starts
- If you are timing/finish judge/stroke and turn judge, you will
need to attend a timers meeting about 20 minutes before the meet starts
